I am aware that some of you would like to know when I post something new and not have to wait until the next issue of The Computer Guys’ Two Bytes.  So, I thought I would let you know that RSS feeds are available from our blog.  (If you are reading this and do not currently receive our FREE monthly newsletter, you may subscribe at http://visitor.constantcontact.com/email.jsp?m=1101330765321.)
What is an RSS feed?  RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.  This is a feature in Internet Explorer 7 that if you haven’t discovered yet, you really should take a look.
Let me explain…are there sites you visit frequently to see what is new?  Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to have them give you links to just the stuff that is new since your last visit?  That way you don’t have to wade through a whole bunch of old stuff.  Well, that is one of the advantages of RSS. Below is a link to a site that explains in a little more detail than I can do here.  Take a look at it and then if you would like to take advantage of our RSS feed, please let us know.  We’ll assist via phone without charge for this one matter.  Once you learn how to do this, you’ll probably find other sites you would like to use it on.
Please send a request via email and include your phone number.  We’ll call you within 24 hours, during the week, and within 48 hours if on weekends.
