Wow…memories.

My daughter Elizabeth, age 20 something, called today.  A little girl belonging to her neighbor is at that "silly stage" where questions and comments are full of silliness.  This reminded Elizabeth of a book I used to read to her called "Rain Makes Applesauce."

So, she calls and asks me some questions about it and says she is going to try to find it.  Well, being The Computer Guy and a big fan of Google, I did what any caring Computer Guy would do….I googled "Rain Makes Applesauce."

I received 220,000 hits!  Well, I decided to see what I could find.  The book is still available is a major part of the enjoyment was how it was illustrated.

I have included the words below but strongly recommend this book to anyone that has a special very young person in their life that you love to read to.

As I read through the words, tears filled my eyes with the memory of a little girl with long brunette hair and frilly dresses who loved for me to read to her.

Enjoy….
